‘67: The Maple Leafs, Their Sensational Victory, And The End Of An Empire

This was my first book written along with Gord Stellick. The idea was conceived on a plane ride to western Canada at a time when I was reading “Paris: 1919” by Canadian historian Margaret MacMillan. That book was about taking a second look at the 1919 Treaty of Versailles and how it shaped the world. So Gord and I decided that 37 years after the Leafs last won the Stanley Cup, it was worth taking a second look at that season based on what we know now. Still my favourite. A great story with great characters.
